TUPPERWARE RECIPES MICROWAVE CAKES All cakes are microwaved in Tupperware's 3 quart casserole w/the Tupperwave Cone. Do not beat any cakes w/a mixer when mixing & do not grease or flour pan. If your cake turns out dry decrease microwave cooking time. Cake is done when edges pull away from side of pan. If you are unsure about "hot spots" in your oven then rotate the cake half way through cooking. Allow cake to set in microwave 2 - 5 minutes after microwave turns off (before opening door).

TURTLE CAKE 1 box chocolate cake mix
3 eggs
1 8 oz container sour cream
1 cup water cup pecans
2/3 cup caramel ice cream topping
Mix cake mix w/sour cream, eggs, & water.
Place the Tupperwave cone in the center of the 3 qt. Casserole dish & sprinkle cup pecans in the bottom. Pour the cake batter on top of the pecans. Pour a ring of 2/3 cup caramel ice cream topping over the batter. Microwave on medium 8 minutes & high for 7 minutes.
1 box spice cake mix
1 can pumpkin
1 small can evaporate milk
3 eggs
cup sugar
1 can cream cheese frosting
Mix cake mix, pumpkin, eggs, evaporated milk, & sugar. Place the Tupperwave cone in center of the 3 qt casserole dish. Pour in cake batter. Microwave on high 12 minutes. Frost w/cream cheese frosting.

1 box yellow cake mix
1 small can pineapple rings
1 cup brown sugar whole cherries pecan pieces
Mix yellow cake mix according to directions on box. Add juice from pineapples to the cake batter. Place the Tupperwave cone in the center of the 3 qt. Casserole dish. Sprinkle a cup of brown sugar in the bottom of pan. Arrange pineapple rings in a circle around the cone. Place a cherry in the center of each ring. Fill in spaces between the pineapples w/pecan pieces & add to inside of each ring. Pour cake batter on top.
Microwave for 12 minutes.

1 box German Chocolate Cake Mix
1 can coconut pecan icing
Mix cake mix according to directions on the box. Place the Tupperwave Cone in the center of the 3 qt casserole dish. Spoon the icing around the bottom of the cone. Pour the cake batter on top. Microwave 7 - 9 minutes. *** NOTE: DO NOT use carmel icing in place of coconut pecan. It overheats & does not allow your cake to bake properly

1 PKG Chocolate Cake Mix
1 small pkg Chocolate Pudding 6 oz (1 cup)
Semi Sweet Chocolate Chips
1 cups milk
2 eggs
Mix together all but chips till smooth. Fold in chips. Pour in 3 qt casserole w/cone. Cook on high 10 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes. ENJOY!!

1 lb Mostacciouli pasta, cooked
1 lg. Jar spaghetti sauce
1 cup Colby cheese
1 lb. Ground beef, cooked & drained
2 cup Mozzarella cheese Stir together cooked pasta, ground beef, Colby cheese & sauce. Put in Rock 'N Serve Large Deep. Microwave at 70% power for 15 - 17 minutes; stir. Sprinkle 2 cups Mozarella on top, cover & Microwave for 2 additional minutes.

1 can (10 oz) cream of chicken soup
1 pkg. (6 oz) corn chips
1 can (4 oz) diced green chiles (drained)
2 cans (5 oz ea) Caned chicken diced
cup onion (can use 2 cups cooked chicken)
2 cups cheddar cheese, grated
In a small mixing bowl, combine soup, chiles, & onion. In the Rock 'N Serve Large Deep layer corn chips; top w/1 cup diced chicken. Pour soup mixture over chicken; sprinkle w/ of cheese. Repeat layers in same order, ending w/cheese. Microwave on high 10 minutes.

1 Yellow Jiffy Cake
Mix 1 stick Margarine
2 cans pie filling (any flavor)
Put one can pie filling in bottom of Large Deep Rock 'N Serve; Sprinkle cake mix on top. Slice of margerine & arrange on top. Repeat entire sequence ending w/margerine. Cook 12 minutes on high. Let stand for 3 mintues

3 cans 10-ct biscuits
1 cup light brown sugar
1 cup sugar
1 tsp. Cinnamon
1 stick margarine
- 1 cup chopped nuts
Cut biscuits into quarters & place in Thatsa Bowl. Mix 1 cup sugar, cup brown sugar, cinnamon & nuts. Pour over biscuits. Seal bowl & shake & shake & shake to coat well. Place Cone in 3 qt. Casserole. Place biscuits around Cone. Melt margarine & cup brown sugar. Mix well & pour over biscuits. Cover & Microwave on high 7 - 10 minutes. Let stand 5 mintues. Invert on tray & serve, pulling apart in sections.
You can prepare this ahead & reheat it in the Legacy Soup Server & Legacy Soup Bowl Set. Rock 'N Serve also works real well w/this.
1 garlic clove, chopped
1 onion, chopped
1 tbsp. Butter
4 med. Potatoes, peeled & cubed
3 Cups Chicken Broth
cup whipping cream
1 cup milk
tsp. Salt pepper to taste nutmeg, dash
1 tbsp. Bacon cooked & crumbled
cup cheddar cheese, shredded
1 cup croutons
Brown garlic & onions w/butter in a 3 qt saucepan. Add potatoes & broth. Cook on medium heat for 20 minutes until potatoes are tender. Puree soup mixture in food processor. Add cream, milk, salt, pepper, & nutmeg. Garnish hot soup w/bacon bits, cheese & croutons.

32 oz mayonnaise
2 cups buttermilk
1 tbsp. Garlic salt
1 tbsp. Onion salt
2 tbsp. Parsley flakes
Combine all ingredients in a Thirstquake Tumbler. Insert T.2 Hand Blender & Mix thoroughly. Cover w/seal & Refrigerate for 24 hours. Then serve over your favorite salad or on baked potatoes for a healthy treat.

1 cup cottage cheese
1 - 3 tbsp. Milk
1 tbsp.Lemon juice
Using the T.2 hand blender, mix cottage cheese & lemon juice in a Thirstquake tumbler. Add milk 1 tbsp. At a time until the sour cream reaches the desired consistency. Pour into a 16 oz. One Touch Serving Bowl. Refrigerate for 2 hours before serving

Thick Parfait
Equal parts of sherbet to cool whip (if you want it thinner/lighter add more cool whip) Blenderized in the mix n store for a light & summery parfait dessert!!! You could do these @ parties- have the hostess pick up her favorite sherbet, strawberry, peach, or even lemon, & a large container of cool whip, then serve it up in your parfait or dessert dishes. Make it as the smoothie for the 11 oz. Impressions tumblers. You can use a regular blender or mixer in the Impressions bowls, being careful to beat the mix not the bowl & then pour it into the Impressions pitcher for serving.

Gingery Banana Pudding

2 pkgs. (3 oz. each) vanilla pudding mix
tsp. ground ginger (optional)
3 cups milk
4 egg whites, at room temperature
1/8 tsp. cream of tartar
1 cup + 2 Tbs. sugar
3 medium bananas, sliced
30 gingersnap cookies
In OvenWorks 2-qt Square casserole, stir together pudding mix & ginger stir in milk. Microwave on High 6-8 min, stirring a couple of times, until mixture has thickened. Meanwhile, preheat oven to 450 F. In large bowl, w/electric mixer @ medium speed, beat egg whites until foamy; add cream of tartar & increase speed to high. W/mixer running, gradually add sugar & continue beating until stiff, glossy peaks form. Gently fold bananas into pudding, then place gingersnaps all around edge of dish, gently pushing cookies into pudding to form a border; arrange remaining gingersnaps on top of pudding. Spread or pipe egg-white mixture over gingersnap-covered pudding, taking care to seal mixture to inside edge of casserole so it doesn't shrink during baking. Bake in preheated oven 5-7 minutes until meringue is set & lightly browned. Remove from oven to wire rack to cool about 15 minutes. Serve warm or refrigerate & serve cold; garnish, if desired, w/additional gingersnaps. To serve, spoon into dessert dishes.

Light and Luscious Lemon
24 gingersnap cookies
1/3 cup confectioners\' sugar
1 tsp. grated lemon zest
3 Tbs. melted light butter/margarine
Filling: 1 large lemon
cup granulated sugar
3 egg whites
1 egg
1 cup lowfat lemon yogurt
cup all-purpose flour
tsp. baking powder
Confectioners sugar Preheat oven to 350 F. Spray an OvenWorks 2-qt. Baking Dish w/nonstick cooking spray. For crust, in blender container or food processor, process cookies, sugar & zest until fine crumbs. Pour into baking pan; add melted butter & stir until crumbly. Pat onto bottom of pan. Bake in preheated oven 15-20 minutes until lightly browned. Remove & set aside on wire rack. For filling, grate zest from lemon & squeeze juice; set both aside. In medium bowl, w/electric mixer @ medium speed, beat granulated sugar, the egg whites & egg until smooth. @ low speed, mix in yogurt, flour, baking powder, lemon rind & lemon juice. Spread yogurt mixture over crust in pan. Bake 25-30 minutes until mixture is set & lightly browned. Remove & cool completely on wire rack, then place pan in freezer for l hour. Sprinkle confectioners sugar over

Zesty Meat
1 lb. of ground beef
1 small jar of salsa
6 Ritz crackers
1 egg
salt and pepper to taste
seasoning to taste
In your ThatsABowl Jr. mix the ground beef w/salsa & egg. Crumble the crackers up to make crumbs. Add the crumbs to the meat mixture. Add salt & pepper to taste. Make 3 even-sized loaves (easy to serve this way). Place in a circular pattern around the colander portion of the stack cooker.

Ranch Potatoes
2 medium potatoes
1/3 cup oil
1 pack of ranch dressing
mix salt and pepper
Dice potatoes in even portions.
Place in ThatsABowl Jr and drizzle over potatoes. sprinkle ranch dressing mix on top. Salt & Pepper. Put lid on bowl & shake to coat all the potatoes. Place in the lid portion of the stack cooker. To Assemble this meal: In the 3 qt container, put 1-2 cups of frozen veggies w/2 pats of butter & salt & pepper to taste. Place the colandar w/the meat loaves in it in the 1 qt portion & place this combination on top of the veggies. On top layer, use the lid flipped up & pour your ranch potatoes in it. Put the whole unit in your microwave & cook for 18-20 minutes depending on your microwave. You could also use ground turkey or ground chicken for the meat loaf recipe.
